FOG runs on people who give a damn. We’re not looking for resumes — we’re looking for veterans, first responders, and civilians who want to show up for the people carrying the heaviest weight. If you’ve got time, heart, and the will to serve — we’ve got a place for you.

Most needed right now: We’re actively building our crisis-ready volunteer squad — people who can show up in the Discord, check on members, and hold the line when someone is struggling. No prior certification required. We will train you.

All FOG volunteers are required to complete training before serving. We take the safety of our community seriously. Every volunteer goes through suicide prevention and crisis awareness training before engaging with members. Training is provided by FOG at no cost to you.

Crisis & Peer Support Volunteer

Show up in the Discord, monitor channels, check on members who go quiet, and hold space for people having hard nights. Walk alongside others going through what you’ve been through. Lived experience is your greatest qualification — we’ll handle the rest of your training.

Community Ambassador

Be a familiar face. Welcome new members, keep conversations going, and flag when someone needs extra support. Ambassadors are the backbone of the FOG community.
